This page is a short page to get you set up quickly and correctly.

ESP CODE OF CONDUCT
ESP has very high standards and prides itself on supplying, smart well presented security guards, who have excellent communication skills and who all represent ESP in line with the ESP CODE OF CONDUCT.
This outlines our core values and what is expected of every member of staff representing ESP.
Failure to adhere to this code, at any time, may result in instant dismissal.
RETAIL ASSIGNMENT INSTRUCTIONS

DOWNLOADING SMART TASK
We use an app called SmartTask to send out our shifts. To download this app please follow the appropriate link below:
SMART TASK LOGIN DETAILS
Once you have downloaded the app you will need to log in. The information to log in is below. It is all case sensitive.
Your intitals (uppercase), then the last two digits of the year of your birth
eg: John Doe born in 1973 would be “JD73”
INSTRUCTIONS ON USING SMARTTASK
Shifts that are generated are sent out using the SmartTask app. You will need to keep logged in. Then keep checking your app regularly to download any updates to your roster. For more detailed instructions (click here)
Viewing Your Roster
Open your SmartTask app and click on to My Roster (top left hand square)
there are 2 folders in here.
(C) shows Confirmed Shifts
(S) shows Scheduled Shifts
To select each shift you can do, go to your (S) Scheduled Shifts folder and press the circle and a tick should appear in the circle next to the shift. Location and a map can be shown by clicking on to the shift details.
To confirm you can do the selected shifts, press the additional tick above the shifts.
It will then move from your (S) Scheduled Shifts to your (C) Confirmed Shifts folder.
These shifts should then move into you (C) Confirmed Shifts shows as confirmed on the SmartTask schedule at ESP Head Office.
Terms and Conditions
Once you have Confirmed a shift on SmartTask you are contractually obliged to carry out that shift.
If you fail to carry out a shift you have confirmed, your future employment will be reviewed and ESP reserve the right to cancel any future shifts with immediate effect.
Additionally you will be liable for any expenses incurred by ESP in order to get the shift you have confirmed covered. This will be deducted from your wages. This is non negotiable.
PROCEDURE FOR CANCELLING A CONFIRMED SHIFT
Once a shift is confirmed you must complete it.
If you are not able to complete a confirmed shift you must notify ESP CONTROL a minimum of four hours before shift:
HOW DO WE PAY
All staff are paid via P.A.Y.E
Our working week goes from Monday to Sunday
All staff are paid weekly, every Thursday, and a week in hand.
