Information collected from you by ESP SECURITY SOLUTIONS is required to ensure that we have all relevant details regarding you on your records. Information collected by ESP SECURITY SOLUTIONS LTD is kept on file for a maximum of 7 years after your employment termination date.
After which time digital records are deleted and any physical copies are shredded. All physical records are stored in locked metal filing cabinets and digital records are stored on a secure restricted access online database and server for ESP use only. The only people who have access to your records, physically or digitally are ESP HEAD OFFICE and management.
